Dairy-Free Strawberry Milkshake
Quick, healthy and guaranteed to satisfy your Strawberry milkshake craving…
Perfect to get you going on a busy morning, a delightful afternoon snack, or even a tasty dessert!
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 Small Banana
1/2 Cup Canned Coconut Milk
1.5 – 2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
1.5 Cups Almond Milk (or your choice of dairy-free milk)
1/4 Cup Oats (I use gf quick oats, but any dry oats will do)
** I like to add about 1 tsp of coconut sugar for a little sweetness, use your preference when it comes to this!
** If using fresh strawberries and serving right away, be sure to add a handful or so of ice cubes
BOOST IT – Boost your omegas by adding a tbsp of hemp hearts!
Using a high powered blender (I use the Vitamix 750), start blend on low, working your way up to a high speed.
Blend until completely smooth. Enjoy!
