Ingredients
5-6 Ice Cubes
1/2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1 Cup Lemonade (I use low-cal Tropicana)
1 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt (I use plain 2% Athentikos)
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Non-Dairy Almond Breeze)
Pulse until all ingredients are blended thoroughly and drink is slushy!
Feel free to leave out the flaxseed, it is definitely not needed – Just a nice power boost!
This frozen lemonade recipe is so frosty and delicious! I love them post-workout as a refreshing treat!
