Long are the days of the overly complicated buffet style meals and meal planning for those get-togethers, or parties. A new menu is in town, and it's becoming all the rage…

Baked Potato Bar
A great way to offer flavor, substance and nutrition but without all the slaving over a hot stove, or scurrying for 15 different variety of meals for (what should be) a simple luncheon, birthday party, or cookout.
People absolutely love to customize and make things their own. The wonderful thing about dressing up a simple baked potato is that they hold such versatility; taking on delicious depth and flavor to whatever topping you may add. Creamy, crunchy…you name it, a baked potato will love it – and so will your family or guests!
This topping list may include some things you don't find acceptable for your household or dinner table. Of course there are now vegan and plant-based alternatives and recipes out there for virtually "anything", so if I happen across them, I'll gladly include that for y'all too!
