Alright, so I'm just gonna be honest here for a second: I don't like a lot of "yap yap" when I visit blogs to grab a recipe. Honestly, I just want the recipe and to get the hell out of there. There is no back story as to why I am making a smoothie (I just like them) and I have no desire to drone on and on just to keep you here and really you're just like "Where the &^$ is the recipe, lady?! " Haha
Uh yeah…So with that said: I hope you'll try (and enjoy) this simple Green Smoothie!
I can assure you it is delicious, as I have caught my hubby making them for himself. Believe me, it means *something* – He thinks Cheetos are a food group. Enjoy!!
Wake Up! Shake Up! Green Smoothie
Makes 3 Cups
Approx. 160 Calories
5-6 Ice Cubes
1/2 Medium Kiwi
1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
1 Cutie Orange (about 3 oz)
3 Tbsp Greek Yogurt (Vanilla or Plain)
Handful of Baby Spinach (about 1 cup)
1 Cup Coconut Milk (I use unsweetened)
Pulse until all ingredients are blended thoroughly…I like to leave mine a bit slushy so it stays cold longer 🙂
